Hadera Paper Group sees its employees as full partners to its journey and as the Group's primary resource. With this in mind, the Group has placed a special emphasis on developing its employees’ abilities over the long-term, and has zealously maintained fair work relations, an advanced work environment and the nurturing of the human factor across the organization’s echelons in its sites throughout Israel.

The varied human fabric comprised by the Group’s employees, represents the entire Israeli society: young and senior, veteran and new immigrants, Jews, Muslims, Christians and Druze.
The Group encourages its employees to participate in community involvement activities. As part of the obligation of the senior management and employees to the community, the Company endeavors to promote populations in adjacent areas to its facilities, and to assist a multitude of organizations. Furthermore, the Company assists children in after-school child-care facilities and in special schools and employs adolescents in special projects.
